Thomas: Book 2. Wavy light brown hair, large hazel eyes, very tall and muscular, considered a heartthrob in his school, age 16. Captain of the boys’ basketball team at Sands High. Marginally expresses interest in Ivy because she sasses him back, and challenges her to basketball games. She gives in once and pulls out all her tricks to win against him, though it’s difficult to keep up with his speed and sheer skill. Her actions lead to being invited to join the girls’ basketball team, but she refuses upon realizing she’d have to take a physical. Thomas and his friend Jack are responsible for a hazing gag that gets Ivy in trouble, and provides the reason to leave school. |
