On this page, I've recorded mostly what I refer to as "The Asshole Files," which are crappy, annoying, or strange things that happened at the bookstore where I worked. Other interesting tidbits are listed here as well. This page served as a sort of diary to help me deal with the horrors of working with the public. It is organized with the newest at the beginning and the oldest at the end, so you have to read backwards.
