       Everyone needs to know that they’re important to their loved ones. Sure you know you’re important, but it’s nice when someone makes it known, isn’t it?

       Why not take a moment to write a nice note to someone you appreciate, or bring them a cake, or invite them over for hangout time and give them the remote control? Not because it’s their birthday; not because you “owe” them something; but because you think they’re great and you’re glad they’re in your life.

       Of course, friends aren’t everything, but the ones you have are worth a little extra effort once in a while. See if you can’t make a friend smile unexpectedly!
