[lissa lee] Lissa Lee: Book 5 onward. Long black hair, upslanted dark brown eyes, fairly short, late thirties. Sister of Meri Lin; Ivy’s aunt. In Book 5, one of the issues is Ivy’s immediate family trying to figure out how to break the news that she has been found to the extended family. This is difficult partly because Ivy’s parents swore to each other not to leak anything about her abilities until she’d been taught to control them, so no one even knows about her. Ivy meets Lissa Lee in Book 5 and starts to learn what relatives mean to her.
