I speculate how to create
a verse that's understood.
A piece of art to touch the heart
and change a mind for good.
I want to draw without a flaw
a sketch inspiring cheers
that would astound all those around
and bring stern men to tears.

Can it be done? Am I the one?
And what if I am wrong?
I contemplate, can I create
A painting with a song?
I sew my dream and see it gleam,
but who will see its spark?
If none but me can really see,
has it still made its mark?
