A is the best answer, though this one is pretty much known by most language buffs. But it's just been far too often that I hear people try to pronounce it with four syllables (most often choice C), and many people spell it "mischievious" or "mischeivious" erroneously. I have found that some people who spell it right still say it wrong. B and D are not actually examples I've heard anyone say. I was trying to be confusing for purposes of the test, making my subjects read carefully. [Insert evil grin.]
