A is the only right answer. The phrases are "used to" and "supposed to." "Use" and "suppose" are in the wrong verb tense to be followed by "to." Most people just don't hear the D on the end of "used" and "supposed" when they're speaking this phrase, so they think it isn't there and never think about it while writing.
