Obviously D is the best answer, but I have actually heard C spoken. (The others were fashioned out of basic silliness in an attempt to have three distracting choices. I was thinking I might make people doubt if three out of the four choices offered "tree" as a first syllable.) I used to work at a bookstore and LOTS of people thought "trilogy" had an "ology" in there.
