B is the best answer, but I have actually heard C spoken. (The others were fashioned out of basic silliness in an attempt to have three distracting choices. Anyone who knows this word and how to say it wouldn't have been distracted, but some might have chosen them as a stab in the dark.) I used to work at a bookstore and a guy came up and asked for From Dawn to Decadence and pronounced it like in C, and I honestly didn't understand what he was looking for at first. Apparently C is now an accepted pronunciation, but it is always a second choice when compared with B.
