This is a scene from pre-book life before “the house that Ivy built” was built. Lunchtime has Adele in the background feeding Thursday, but Ivy has different ideas about how to give Tab her midday meal.

IVY TRIVIA: Ivy was also responsible for disciplining Tab, because no one wanted to get close to her during a tantrum and risk getting scratched, and Ivy didn’t have to get close to her to make her behave. Ivy feared that Tab hated her for being the punisher all the time, but the truth was, Tab didn’t have the reasoning skills at the time to even know Ivy was responsible.
